We are seeking for Registered Nurses!

Hands-On America Services is looking for skilled Registered Nurse to join our team to perform nurse duties at a nursing home in Stoneham MA on weekends. We have multiple job openings and currently hiring several RNs for several locations in Massachusetts.
As Registered Nurse you are responsible but not limited to:
Monitor residents vitals and record them in their file
Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of resident, including bathing, feeding and dressing
Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
Update residents records in a confidential manner
Evaluate the residents wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
Explain treatments and procedures to residents and families
Change dressings and bandages, ensuring residents are healing properly
Move residents from wheelchairs, beds and gurneys
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Permanent, Per diem, Temporary, High Payment

Pay: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour
