Job Requirements and Application Information
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team in providing exceptional care for older adults. Below are our key requirements and additional information about the application process:
Essential Requirements
- Passion for Elder Care: A genuine interest and ability to care for older adults is crucial.
- Valid Driver’s License and Insurance: Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license and have active vehicle insurance.
- Physical Capability: The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds if required.
- Communication and Connectivity: Daily access to email, the internet, and a mobile phone, access to our EVV is essential to stay connected and informed.
- Licensing: Holding a current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is mandatory.
